Laura Davis is thrilled to be a part of the team at the Suwanee Academy of the Arts as a voice teacher! She has been studying the voice and music for the last 14 years and is now a certified Speech Level Singing teacher, which is a highly effective vocal technique used by singers of all genres including pop, rock, classical, country, jazz, gospel and musical theatre. The technique itself teaches a vocalist how to sing with freedom, power, stamina and increased vocal range. It gives a singer the ability to sing, in whatever style her or she would like, night after night and year after year without wearing out or damaging the voice. Along with teaching voice, Laura is chasing her dreams as a singer and songwriter in a pop/rock genre. She performs in the city and around the southeast as a solo act www.myspace.com/laurasully, as a worship leader at her church, and as a part of Atlanta Party Band signed under East Coast Entertainment. Laura has a tremendous passion for teaching and helping others achieve their musical dreams! She is excited about pouring the knowledge she has absorbed from the from the music business onto anyone with the drive and motivation to become the best singer, songwriter, performer, and musician they can be!
