Suwanee Performing Arts, which includes Suwanee Youth Ballet, Sounds of Suwanee, and Broadway in the Park will be participating in the Suwanee Day Parade on September 18. The theme this year is Hometown Heroes. Our heroes are those who support the arts in our community. We will honoring those who have sponsored Suwanee Performing Arts.
p.s. We are looking for volunteers to help build the float on September 11 and 17.
We have been asked to do the Historic Trolley tour again this year. It is a re-enactment put on by the Main Street Merchants of Suwanee.
If you are an actor and want to participate, please let us know. All ages are welcome.

Suwanee Academy of the Arts will be hosting "so you think you can dance?" teen dance week beginning on September 13.
Teens, 7th grade and up, are invited to come take any or all of our teen classes that week for FREE!
Monday 8:00-9:00pm teen contemporary dance
Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm teen jazz
Thursday 8:00 to 9:00pm teen ballet
No experience necessary!
(Boys are welcome and dance FREE all year long!)

Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm starting 9/18. Chris Grogis is teaching

Ballroom dance starts Friday, September 10 at 7:00 pm! Kim Eason will be teaching this semester.
Adult Acting class meets on Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m. We're lucky to have Norman Ferguson with us!
Voiceover Workshop will be held on September 25. Children 9 and up will meet from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Adult session will meet from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This fun workshop foscuses on voice-over training for radio, TV, and animated films.
